Walton Lane Nursery School and Rocking Horse Club

 

All families can face challenges when they are bringing up children and sometimes you may need some extra help and support.

 

Early Help means providing help for children and their families when problems start to emerge and when you first need it.

 

To support families:

• We have an open-door policy where you can always come and talk to us about any concerns or worries you may have.  You may wish to speak to your child’s key person in the first instance.
• We may signpost you to support services.
• We may complete an Early Help Assessment with you to pinpoint problems and work together to address them.
• We may refer to specialist services and groups e.g. Children and Family Wellbeing Service, Homestart.
